WE NEED ICE!!!! Come on Mother Nature...
Some of the smaller lakes are iced up, however not sure if I would venture out. As of last night, Big St. Germain was still wide open, except for some of the small bays...could easily launch a boat on the North shore.
The weather looks like we will get some measurable snow over the weekend, this will only hurt the handful of lakes that actually have some ice on them. Most of the medium to large lakes won't be affected.
The lows of Sunday night thru Tuesday night look like they will make some ice....hopefully for the next weekend we will finally be fishing.
