Hello everyone, Im new to the website but have fished LBDN most of my life. Just wondering on any info involving current ice formation. Ill be heading home from college next week and ready to do some ice fishing. Any info would be great.

You MIGHT find some fishable ice on some of the inland lakes after this weekend, but right now there's nothing on the bay. Docks are still in at the Escanaba River and in the harbor, (they've been pulled from Kipling and Gladstone harbor.) 10 day forecast is looking pretty mild. May be a repeat of last year where we weren't able to get onto the ice until around Christmas.
