The surest sign of spring in a winter where snow rules the north country is the Northwest Sports Show, held annually at the Minneapolis Convention Center in Minneapolis. This year - as in the past - Steve Hockett and Russ Warye will be manning the Witch Bay Camp booth to say hello and talk about fishing. What a great way to combat the latest case of Cabin Fver; just drop by the classic fishing and outdoors show this weekend - Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday (March 21-24) and enjoy one of the best rites of spring - planning your next fishing trip for this new season at the best fishing show in the Midwest.
Last year's Lake of the Woods fishing at Witch Bay Camp was spectacular and we have lots of stories to talk about, incluidng ones that got away and those that didn't get away. The show hours are 1 to 9 pm Thursday, 11 am to 9 pm, Friday, 10 am to 9 pm Saturday and 10 am to 5 pm on Sunday.
