There hasn't been a lot of activity on here, so it's kinda hard to tell, but has the muskie spawn already occurred or is it delayed by all the up and down temps. Any guesses, educated or otherwise? :)

Fished last weekend Sat and Sun and did not move a fish. Water just slightly stained even in the main lake. We believe we are in post spawn but not far enough. Water temps at 60.

Thanks. I'm considering heading there Sunday. If you see two guys in a Hyde fly-fishing drift boat, please don't laugh too hard. :)

The fish have definitely spawned already. It appears they spawned the first week of April. The males that we have caught lately are beat up from it, and the females are without eggs, atleast all the ones we have caught lately. We have boated seven in the last two days up to 43".

Fished fri 4/26 caught 2 male bass 14" right on the bank so im guessing they are waiting for the females. Talked to 2 guides not much activity going on for muskys or bass. Water temps have cooled to 53 to 57 degrees. This up and down air temps makes it hard to pattern anything.

Sooo... we got on the water at 6:30... with about a hundred other boats. What was the deal... a tournament???

We only moved (to our knowledge) two fish and hooked up one and boated zero. My buddy Dave had a mid to upper- 40's fish
hooked up for a short time close to the boat. Water temps were mostly 58 degrees, with 56 being the lowest we saw.
