What a difference a day makes! Monday the whole upper bay was still mostly iced in. Strong south winds on Tuesday busted up and melted most of the remaining ice. The upper bay looked to be completely open when I checked it late Tuesday afternoon.
Docks are in at Kipling and the Gladstone harbor.
Look out perch, here we come!
