Just got back from Reno last night to take a great group out from the La Crosse, WI area. We had a great day today catching 40 plus walleyes today. It was a struggle with my rookie status being gone for a week, but we got the job done with a very nice stringer of walleyes today. We had 6 boats on the water all with limits of walleyes.
The bite is from the White River area to the dam. With some limits coming from Lake Sharpe. Mostly minnows yet, but soon it will turn to crawlers. Catching 45 to 100 plus walleyes depending on what area you are going and what size you are looking for.
With more weather stability the fishing will only get better. We are still catching quite a few fish that are on the end of the spawn.
Our pictures are updated on our web site.
Book a fishing trip with confidence, knowing that you are with the best guides on the Missouri River System. Office opens at 6:00 a.m. for bait tackle and licenses. Get up to the minute fishing information. Most groups staying at the motel, come in with their limits of walleyes.
