Hi Everyone,
Hock you are right this board has been to quite, but not this year...watch for the reports and pictures this year. Saturday was our opening day and the Monroe group did very well, they stated that it was their best opening day every, see the 2 Walleyes and Muskie pictures below, and yes the Muskie was caught while fishing for a Walleye, but they took a picture and put it back in the water as soon as they could, great job Monroe group. Peter from Toronto said that he couldn't believe how big and how many Northern's he was catching, he didn't take any pictures but his dad, son, brother and his brother's son are coming tonight and they will take pictures for us. So the bottom line is late ice out, but a great opening day for fishing. Watch the sight and we will keep posting....see you all this summer....Gail at Witch Bay
