water temps 45-47 most places.
walleye are in diff stages of spawning depending upon the lake or sections of eagle lake from pre spawn to mostly done, some nice females on NW eagle caught 22-25" sat that were spawned out, most fish caught on a nearby shallower darker lake were not??.
locations are all near spawning areas, mouths ofcreeks/rivers and nearby points or bays, backs of bays, shallow shoals, gravel points, timber.
2-12' with most very shallow, right off shoreline on first break basically. slow presentation with minnows best, plain hook and a bullet weight or shot and jigs.
pike are cruising and active.
no one i talked to fished trout or bass though trout should be shallow along shorelines, points as well as over deeper water and bass in fall patterns 12-18'+ on humps and points.
more accurate and detailed reports will be coming at weeks end.
