Hi everyone,
Fished a few hours from late afternoon till evening. With the extreme high pressure, the fish slowed way down.I went looking for more food shelves being used by the walleyes and caught 3 walleyes on two new spots. All the fish were small but a good indicator where the walleyes are going. Had a lot of light hits so there were other fish around. The weater was not condusive to a good bite. Speaking of which, It was sunny with a bright blue sky and as the sun went down it was replaced by a brilliantly bright full moon. The wind blew from the North till just before dark when it just died. Air temps were cool in the low 50's and the water temps lowered to 58 degrees. Forecast calls for better weather coming so things should settle down. The fish I caught were on jigs and minnows. Had leeches but nothing ate them. Good luck fishing everyone.
