A few pictures from my last couple bass trips. Bite has remained slow in the Escanaba River, with the cooler temps. Water is in the low 50's and the fish still haven't spawned. What it lacks in numbers, it's made up for with averages in the 17 to 19 inch range. My buddy Drew came up from Green Bay yesterday to fish. We landed smallmouth 17, 18, and 19 inches, plus a bonus 17 inch walleye. Fishing slow with Senko type baits is still working the best for us.
