Bass fishing report

Fished kincaid yesterday till the heat ran me off the lake. Not even a breeze. Water temps 83 my partner and i caught a total of 10 bass. Top water on a couple of points and some wacky worms. Fishing is definatly in a late summer pattern due to the heat. Only 2 of the bass were over 17in. The rest 13 to 14 inches. I would not be fishing for muskies right now. Too many fish would die of stress.

Thats about the same as I have done lately. I haven't caught a 20" fish since May, but numbers have gone up. TOO many dang wake boats and party boaters to be able to fish the good spots on weekends for sure.
