Fishing continues to be very good on the bay for Walleyes and Bass. Ran some trips the last couple of days had a great time with top waters and jerk baits on the Bass. I love it when they come flying out of the water. Had some young people out and did the Bass put on a show for them. Some fish still on the beds surface temps about 66 degrees in the bays.
Walleye fishing out in the bay is very good. On a tip from a good freind I ran out to 30ft. of water and smacked big Walleyes on crawler harnesses. Ran 1 1/2oz. inlines back 45-50ft. and had a great time. Had a Vet from World War II out, he is 88 yrs. young and doing well. He had some great storys and we had an excellent time on the Walleyes and Bass.
Out on Lake Michigan this morning the Kings are still being alittle stubborn. A few nice ones caught though, but the Raninbows are biting very good. We ended up with 9 for 11 and had to go in early because of thundere & lightening or we probably would have bagged a few more.
