Hi everyone,
Guided Kai again yesterday and we went after northerns and bass with spinners and crankbaits. We fished the weed patterns having success in some and found some that produced the day before had nothing moving. we had a heavy cloud cover that made it more comfortable to fish rather then being baked by the sun again.
We ended our sojourn by catching a good mixed bag of Lgm bass, Sm bass, rock bass, northerns, and a ton of bluegills on the small spinners. Everything was released as Kai expreesed an interest not to keep any fish. He had a blast fishing new water with new techniques and methods. Of course fishing the Chippewa Flowage should be on everybodys bucket list. Good luck fishing everyone.
