[Jerry Tipping]

I had Nick from Madison along with his 8 year old son Mike out for a morning trip on "The Rock". They were spending a few days tent camping at Buckhorn State Park. They had never been out on castle Rock before so we did a little lake tour first so they could get acquainted with locations. We started off jigging but only had a few "shorties". Trolled for the last two hours or so, and finished at noon with 1 "keeper", 2 in the slot, 11 "shorties, 12 white bass, 1 northern, and 1 cat. Mike really had a blast cranking in the fish.;)
