Had mike up for the weekend to do some sucker fishing with one goal, get mike his first musky of the year. Mike drew a bear tag this year and was unable to have any free time to musky fish.
Day 1:sucked! That's as simple as I can put it. It rained and the wind was howling. After 13 hours on the water and absolutely no action we were ready for a change. Sunday didn't started out a little better. We had 2 muskies in the low 40's check out the sucker under the boat but the damn fish just stared at them. In the evening I moved 2 fish on 6" phantom's and the mikes luck changed with a nice fish on a globe boat side.
