The following message and photos were sent to us by customer Stephen Lang:
These commercial fisherman told me that in the past 2 weeks they removed about 60,000 lbs. of carp
from Cherokee Lake. They are being shipped to Iowa for processing and then on to New York for sale
(as far as I remember). They first had to remove all the gamefish (catfish, northerns, bass, walleyes, etc.)
from their nets. One of the walleyes weighed 14 lbs.! They had some 40+ lb. buffalo.
