I had some new clients yesterday for an eight hour trip of muskies. It was pretty slow but Ben did manage to catch his first muskie with a 34 inch fish on a Flowage Boa. The rest of the day was pretty tough for us. In the evening I had another trip with John and Ron. We started out the trip with Ron catching a 35 inch fish on a bucktail which was a great accomplishment for him being that he has some pretty major physical setbacks from an accident back in his military days. After that John had one hit his Pacemaker twice but couldn't hook up on the fish and then I caught a 38 1/2 inch tiger muskie on a bucktail. The 38 incher faught more like a 48 incher. That was the strongest fish under forty inches I've ever caught or I'm getting really weak from catching walleyes. lets hope for the first.
Good luck and water temps were around 70 or just below. Bring some extra bug juice if you come up.
