The weather made this years tournament very interesting. High Seas, Heavy Rain, Lighting and Thunder kept everyone on their toes. A lot of sore muscles after this event. Some real nice fish were taken, largest Salmon just over 24 pounds and Steelhead around 14 pounds. We managed 10 fish on Saturday and 4 fish on Sunday morning. All fish taken on spoons behind boards, dipsey diver, led core and cannon balls. We used glow spoon in early morning and florescent later in the day. Tried meat rigs both hearing and felt with oil and flies which resulted in zero catches. Morning bite was the best with a couple taken in the afternoon. No fish Saturday evening after the nasty storm. Most fish taken in shallow water, 70' and less. Water temperature was cool 54 - 58 degrees give or take at the surface.
