First off, while chasing bass yesterday, I managed to catch a nice rainbow within a few miles of Tidioute (20 miles South of the Kinzua tailrace) which was very surprising to me for this time of year.
Secondly, I took Charlie Brant out fun-fishing last month and he caught a lake trout in the river very near Warren. I had heard the hatchery released a few lakers last year in the tailwaters section so this guy must have moved downriver about 8 miles to establish his new residence.
