We did some fly fishing for Esox and had several 'takes' and slashes but only 1 fish hit the bag. Bass fishing was pretty good considering we only use artificials but our daytime walleye success was much tougher with the artificial lures. Largest musky was in the upper 30 inch range and we had a lunker bass pushing 4 lbs.

Taking a few days off to geocache and kayak with the kids.

Awesome to hear about the fish on the fly. It can be tough gettin a good hookset with a flyrod since it doesnt have the hooksetting power of conventional gear. My last trip out, I was actually able to even "call" a couple fish that I thought would pop the fly out, and sure enough, the fly came right back at me as the fish swam away. LOL
