TFF Update

Saturdays fishing action remained on the good to very good side. My guest, Vi and I started out in 10 feet of water over submerged stumps with Reeves weedless jigs tipped with large leeches and we had action on most every spot we worked. After working a number of these spots and boating several eyes, many small ones but also some good ones with the largest being 23 inches along with 2 nice smallies, a 15 1/2 and a 18 incher, we decided to hit the cribs in search of gills and perch and we ended up with 8 gills, 9 jumbo perch along with a single crappie. These panfish were taken with small pieces of crawler or small leeches.

Back out today, will keep you posted.
