TFF Update

Mondays action started with a bang and ended almost as fast as it started. My guest Marge and I started out working the edge of a hump that topped at 8 foot and dropped to 13 foot. The NE wind blowing into this spot had the eyes on a short but fast bite as we had action on most every cast or at least it seemed so, at one time we had a double going. Using Reeves weedless jigs tipped with medium fatheads, we boated 9 eyes and missed many in roughly 1/2 hour before the cold front really shut them down. We then tried a couple cribs in search of some panfish but no action there either. The incoming rain showers put the damper on our plans and we called it a day.

Back out today, will keep you posted.
