TFF Update

Fridays action was a total bust as the approaching cold front with strong winds along with rain and snow moved in. Fridays guest, Roger and I decided to try all together different areas than what we fished on Thursday in hopes of finding larger walleye, and although we did have two hefty ones on that got off at boat side, the rest of the morning was spent setting the hook on short biters. Wind blown shore lines with weeds, rocks, wood, you name it, we tried it, nothing but rock bass. We did try some deep wood, root systems and cribs and all we could muster up was 2 crappie and 2 perch, good thing we only fished a half day, the afternoon weather got ugly.

Back out today for another half day trip, will keep you posted. Good luck to all in the bass tourney.
