Ice conditions

Haven't made it out to the bay yet, spending several days over new year's weekend. Wondering how far south people are fishing? how much ice off of Gladstone? Thanks, I'm actually hoping for a little colder weather, which doesn't look like it'll be here for another week.

Good travel just about anywhere north of Gladstone within reason with a wheeler or sled. No trucks as of yet. South of Gladstone there are a few shacks and fisherman off the Yacht harbor heading east and not south of the break. This should change quick with the cold snap. I would guess today or tomorrow they will be heading south to the "meat hole". Hope this helps

There were a few trucks out off Kipling today...good travel conditions, a little rough due to frozen ruts...I measured 11" of ice.
