Non-resident liscenses

Just heard this morning the Michigan DNR is lowering the out of state non-resident fishing liscense from $76.00 to $68.00 starting March 2015. Must have been losing money and sick if the complaints!!! Go figure!!! Slammer!!!

I guess the DNR figures it's more cost efficient to lower the price for a handful of customers, than it is to improve the product for everyone and therefore sell more licenses.
