Hi, I know this isn't the forum to use, but only the locals can help me here. Does anybody know of an individual or company in the Mercer area (or any wisconsin area for that matter) that disassembles existing log cabins, can transport them and can rebuild them on your property site? Rebuilt would be in Mercer area. Can't find anything on the mercer c.o.c. website. But if you know of someone, please let me know. Thanks.

I don't know if they do that kind of thing or not, but Ojibwa Log Homes is a custom log home builder about 40 miles west of Park Falls that would be worth calling, and I've seen some others in the area including one just west of Hurley on US 2. I would bet that any of the log home builders could point you in the right direction even if they don't offer that service themselves.
