I had a two trip day today and jigged and bobber fished most of the day. Pat from Madison along with his son Adam booked a morning trip on "The Rock". We started the morning slip bobbering in the Little Yellow and some success with crappies and some "shorties". Went out on the main lake and jigged the channel edges in submurged wood. We finished with: 18 "shorties", 2 in the slot, 9 crappies, 1 white bass, and 1 cat.
On the afternoon trip Dennis and Anna from New Berlin joined me. They do a lot of trolling so they just wanted to jig so we went to the edges near Splash and boated 29 "shorties", 2 crappies, 1 perch, 1 northern, and 2 cats. Anna had the "Hot Hand" in the boat on the trip. She had two on at a time quite often.
