Wednesday's action started out very good as my 4 guests and I found active walleye on our first stop. Once again working shallow wind blown shorelines with Reeves weedless jigs tipped with large fatheads, we picked up 5 nice eyes from this spot and then it went dead on us. We tried a few other similar areas with no success except for a couple of small pike. With time running on our morning trip, we moved to deeper water, 14 foot over rocky bottom and here we picked up another 8 eyes along with a couple of jumbo perch and a smallie.
