Bill from Milwaukee had some time off from his teaching position for spring break and wanted to fish the river today. It was a catch and release only trip. We launched at Chester's Creek and started the morning soaking minnows on dead rods and bouncing 1/4 ounce jigs, then switched to pulling flies for a while. This produced 11 "shorties and 2 catfish. Switched to pulling cranks and finished with 14 more "shorties and 2 "keepers".

Keep a tight line!!!
