WOW I think Spring has finally arrived, took her own sweet time though. Walleye fishing is a little slow but if you work at it you can get a limit of some really good eating fish. Been fishing both deep and shallow and having pretty good success. Mostly using 7's & 9 Flicker shads. Been getting some action on crawler harnesses with the water warming up.
Was out on Lake Michigan yesterday and was that fun. Big Steelhead jumping out of the water, Coho's and a few Lakers. Variety of spoons was the best. I was marking a lot of fish down deep but couldn't get them to go I think they are Kings just in a bad mood. (look at pic of Lowrance graph I posted). Water temps around 50 degrees, fished 100-300ft. of water upper 50ft. the best. We had 21 fish on and landed 17 and one Steelhead that was a monster.
Good Luck Fishing - We have lots of opens so give me a call Walleyes Bass or big lake for salmon/trout
