TFF Update

Clear blue sky's and little to no wind greeted my two guests and I again on Friday, not to mention that our first stop in what we call our hot spot was almost totally covered with dead mayfly's. Needless to say that spot turned up nothing. Moving from one spot to another and working various depths and structures produced nothing during the morning hours. Wasn't till later on in the afternoon with a decent wind blowing that we finally connected on some real nice eyes with our Reeves weedless jigs tipped with large fatheads in 12 feet of water over a muddy bottom and boated 4 and had another 3 within inches of our landing net that got off. That was it for the day except for two skinny pike.

Morning trip today with my son, will keep you posted.
