Had a chance to get out the last two days and found the walleye action to be on the slow side, but the panfish action made up for it. My friend Don Brunner and I worked a few spots both days in search of walleye and found only a couple in 12 ft of water over wood and that was it. We then downsized our Reeves weedless jigs from 1/8th to 1/16th tipped with a small piece of crawler and we worked a good amount of cribs and came up with our limits of nice bluegills and jumbo perch with a couple of bonus walleye. Fresh panfish for dinner last night, can't beat um.
