Allen from Tomah booked a trip on "Pete" for this morning, along with his Dad Terry from the Twin Cities. They don't get a lot of fishing time together anymore so it was a great chance for them to spend some time together and reminisce about past fishing trips together. It was a really cool start to the morning. When we launched at Chester's the air temperature was in the mid-upper 30's with a stiff north/northwest breeze. We started the morning jigging near Brown's Creek, and then moved up river from Chester’s for a while. We put the boards in the water and trolled to finish the morning, and ended with over 25 "shorties", 3 "keepers", 1 nice crappie, 1 musky, 1 northern, 1 cat, 5 white bass, and the ever present sheep's head. :cool: Photos in the album.
