Paul just built a new home in the area and booked a morning trip along with is sons Brady, and Bo. When we launched at 6 am the wind was picking up from the NNW. We headed south , but the swells made boat control a little tough , so we moved to the west side to get out of the wind as much as possible. We worked jigs tipped with minnows along the channel edge and boated a bunch of "shorties", 2 "keepers", 1 in the slot, and 1 white bass. Water temp was 53 at 6 and 55 at 11 when we left.
Keep a tight line!!!
