Somewhat of a cold front on Saturday had the fish in a negative mood for the most part. Starting out working a few cribs for jumbo perch, my guest and I found the action slow compared to Friday but we still managed a half dozen before chasing the walleye. With continued north winds and dropping temps, we concentrated our efforts in the deeper water ( 10 to 17 ft) over wood and it was one here and one there along with some scattered jumbo perch as a bonus. At days end we had a respectful catch in the livewell.
