Unless they are trying to keep you in U.S. water, my comment is, "You Can't Fix STUPID". If you cannot figure the current arrangement, you will never figure out more buoys. Just adds to the confusion like the green one there does. Is this the same Coast Guard with a budget crisis?

I'll go on record that if they change the buoy arrangement, 50% of drivers will go through where they do now.
