Big Dan and His father Randy were again today, all over the bite. These guys are awesome. There are not only a tight family group, hard working, caring and kind people but, they are good fishermen who enjoy a quality fishing trip.
What ever water temp we lost last night was not only brought back up today but, was increased over yesterday with the beautiful sunny day we still are enjoying. Today we did establish a very good Crappie bite (as many others have been doing) and we also did very well with multiple Walleye. All fish are on minnows "for us". We did produce all day, not just in the morning and we started at 8 AM. All fish came from 6 to 10 feet of water today.
Color of the jig "today" made absolutely "no difference", put it down and Bang! We could still be there and still producing as this post is being typed.
The warm front that is moving in starting on Tuesday will not only increase the water temps but, should bring some much needed rain for our area. Be Careful out there, everything is "Extremely Dry". For now, we are to be cloudy for tomorrow, as forecast.
My clients are enjoying the happiness of the north during this time of year, as many, many other fishermen are also doing. Everyone involved is supporting our communities and there business’s.
As always, stay positive, think clearly, do not listen to negative talk and do not listen to negative people.
God Bless
