Steve from Milwaukee booked a morning trip on "The Rock" for his dad Monty, and his son Chris. Foggy and calm again to start the morning. We started out soaking dead rods and jigging main river channel edges in 16-20 fow, but the bite was really slow, so we moved to up to 10-12 feet around wood for some pan fish. We used 1/32 ounce jigs tipped with a piece of red-worm about a foot off bottom. Boated 8 nice gills, 2 perch, 2 crappies, a couple "shorties", 1 big cat, and a sheep's head. The pan fish should make for a tasty meal.
