[Jerry Tipping]

Thursday, John and Gary from Chicago booked a morning trip on "The Rock". Started out jigging and soaking dead rods on the main lake, but with the wind blowing 10-15 out of the north it was hard to hold position with the prop on the bow-mount out of the water so much. We did manage some shorties before we headed back into Buckhorn Bay and put the boards in the water to finish the day, Between all the grass and weeds floating, and the 5 inch white bass, it was hard keeping the lines clear very long, we did boat a lot of "shorties", 2 "keepers", and 2 big crappies. :cool:

Keep a tight line!!!
