A few NY friends of mine are neck-deep into this issue and good points for both sides. Ultimately, it was an easy decision for my vote.

I hear ya Red. I'm hoping they can get as many of the variables as possible figured out and then come up with a plan from there. Thats quite the complex ecosystem that they are dealing with.
