With the fall colors comes cooling temperatures and active fall fishing. Our ten biggest Perch for 2020 were all landed between September 8th and September 18th this year. All of these were 11 3/4 inches to 12 1/2 inches. Wisconsin's finest, Kathy Johanning currently has the lead at 12 1/2. However, some aggressive Perch and Walleye anglers are coming in late in September and her 12 1/2 will be challenged.
Jim Kohl, one of our Seasonal Campers here at Oak Haven, landed a sweet 46 inch Muskie on September 19th. The picture of that fish currently is the back drop for our Oak Haven Facebook Page. Dean Lanners caught a 44 inch Muskie on September 6th.
Zach Lanners took the lead in our Largemouth Bass contest with a big 20 3/4 incher that he landed on September 9th.
We hope all of you are doing the right things to keep yourself and everyone around you safe and healthy.
We are all Americans, before we are anything else.
Thanks.
