Another slowish day of Esox hunting came and went. We moved 2 mid/upper 30’s class fish and 1 of them came back to boatside on 3 consecutive casts but just wouldn’t eat as we closed out the day with another dry net. The weather was nice and maybe a little too nice but things are changing quickly around these parts as the lake effect snow machine is getting fired up this week.
I am planning to fish over the next 3 weekends before shutting down on 12/20. We shall see how the weather pans out between now and then.
