Up from Iowa was Jim, his son, Jeremy and daughter, Kendra. They've never been musky fishing before.
Our day started out in the back waters. Here we work the shorelines, I explained what I'm looking for, what has worked for me along with what lures I like using.
From there we worked several spots in the river and some bays out in the main flowage.
Our day ended with no muskies but the day was full of laughter, good knowledge of musky fishing and new friends.
