new years day fishing trip

I was going to wait until Scott or Tom W posted up, but since you're online...we had 4 boats fish the outing. I came late to see if I could jump in with someone and met Tom Welts at the ramp and he let me fish with him. I hooked up on one at around noon and lost it about 10 feet from the boat. We were stopping at 3pm so Tom and I hit one last bank at 2:50 and thanks to a good clean living on both our parts, Tom got a 36"er (mostly due to my superior netting skills...as opposed to my inferior hook setting skills). The rest of the guys didn't see anything.
