The men at Kinzua Dam just released a notification in our paper this morning stating there will be a big water dump starting today and lasting until Monday.


Conditions will be changing drastically over the next 72 hours.

It appears that the outflow has stabilized for now but is really cranking up here........16,200cfs. That is 10x higher than the normal summer flow!
