Water clarity

Boy the water sure is clear this winter. I put the camera down in 21' and could see the darn thing clear as a bell setting on the bottom.Kind of explains why the fish are so fusey about what they will bite on and when seems like after 8:30-9:00 am till about 5:00 pm they will look but not bite. We need snow or overcast days to darken it up and hopefully improve the bite!

How deep have you been and still see the bottom?

I was fishing 44 fow off of portage point last week, had a 3 inch shiner laying on the bottom for whitefish and could see it plain as day. Crazy.
