A reminder that game fish season closes Sunday March 1, but don't let that stop you from enjoying the great panfishing that we are seeing up here. Panfish of all sizes and species are showing up in two major locations. The first is the deep water mud flats 35 feet of water or less. The second is shallow water 15 feet or less. Small jigs tipped with waxies, wigglers, spikes, and minnows are all working. Stay mobile and use your electronics.
