I drove down to the lake this morning to see if my shacks were still where I left them.
I saw the coast guard cutter parked at the coal coal dock.

John-is the Cutter Mackinaw still in Escanaba or has it left already? I believe it will be headed down to Sturgeon Bay from there, passing into Menominee on its way. Is that what you've heard? Thanks, Mike

i don't know where it's destination is but it left tonight about 5 pm a few hundred yards from my shack. it was traveling south obviously..
