Just letting folks know the access at the Terrace has a bad spot to watch out for. Finaddict stopped by the shop to tell us that he partly broke through after crossing over the pressure crack Which has popped up again,) on his way back in the other night. The bad spot is just before the pressure crack, on the shore side, and is marked. Just go to the right of it when going out.
