Hopefully We Are Done With Spring Blizzards

Not much of a fishing report this week. 2 major blizzards in 5 days dampered our fishing so far this week. There were some limits caught in between the storms. Fishing has been good on shore and in the boats if mother nature will help us out. The weather is supposed to be good this week, so I would expect the fishing to be good to excellent on most days.

On another note. The Missouri River Walleye Classic now has 100 entries. If you are interested in fishing in this tourney call Garry at 1-800-435-5591.

The tournament is on April 18th and 19th. Boundaries are from Big Bend Dam to Platte-Winner Bridge.

We stayed at the Hillside and fished last Friday and did well. We were thinking about coming out again and staying on the 23rd & 24th. Are there any tournaments going on that weekend that would prevent availability of rooms?

There is a tournament with about 70 - 80 teams that weekend. Our motel is over half full. Fishing has still been fair to good. The only problems have been big shifts in weather.
